Product Description : Suitable for carpal tunnel syndrome, post-casting recovery, soft tissue injury of wrist and carpal bone dislocation or fracture. Measure around circumference of wrist: S: 5 1/4 - 6 1/2 inches; M: 6 3/4 - 7 3/4 inches; L: 7 5/8 - 10 inches. How to Apply/Remove: 1. Insert a coin into the groove of the knob & turn the knob counter clockwise to loosen it; 2. Slide the lower part of wrist brace to desired length (Please follow your medical professional's advice for appropriate length); 3. Turn the knob clockwise to lock it; 4. Repeat Steps 1-3 to adjust the length for the other side; 5. Unfasten the straps & slide hand into brace. Hook the thumb strap with proper fit; 6. Curve the two aluminum cuffs slightly to fit your forearm shape; 7. Fasten straps by threading through the buckle and pulling the end of each strap to a comfortable fit; 8. The body of the brace should be aligned with your forearm. If not, adjust one or more straps until it is aligned with your forearm; 9. To remove the brace, unfasten the straps to release. The brace can then be removed and re-applied as a single unit.
