Dalbello 2012 RTL Vantage 4F Men's Ski Boots 28.5 Feb 18th 2013, 07:07 Category: Sports & Outdoors Vendor: Dalbello's Vantage (rental) systems come in two types, the type with 4 traditional buckles and the type with 2 traditional buck Product Description : Dalbello's Vantage (rental) systems come in two types, the type with 4 traditional buckles and the type with 2 traditional buckles and 2 ratchet buckles on the upper portion of the boot. Why would you want ratchet buckles? Well for one, they are the easiest buckles to tighten (no more throwing your elbow out trying to clamp down that last buckle). And the second thing, the ratchets have a large adjustment range which should comfortably fit nearly any calf/ankle (remember, it was designed as a rental unit). We recommend these boots for beginners to intermediates that are looking for a comfortable, durable and sharable pair of ski boots on which they can learn how to ski and also progress through the intermediate ranks.
